This contract is between the company mentioned above and Loyalty Ignite (Auto-Growth LLC).

 This agreement is month-to-month, but in the event of a cancellation, the owner of the aforementioned company will give a calendar month's notice to Loyalty Ignite.

The owner of the aforementioned company gives Auto-Growth LLC the permission to withdraw the monthly fee mentioned above per agreement from the bank account of the owner of the company's account or from the business account of the company (depending on the card details provided).

The owner of the aforementioned company also agrees to an increase of the monthly fee every February of each year. The increase will be communicated well in advance.
